Compulsory insurance against job loss.

Dear partners, we inform you that from 2023, mandatory insurance for all employees (employee visa) for loss of employment (ILoE) is in effect in the UAE.

Please notify all your customers of this requirement!

Failure to register in the ILoE system by 30.06.2023 will result in fines of AED 400 + AED 200 for non-payment of insurance premiums.

According to the ILoE insurance scheme:

- employees with a basic salary of less than AED16K must pay AED 5 per month or AED 60 per year plus VAT;

- employees with a basic salary of more than AED16K must pay AED10 per month or AED120 per year + VAT in accordance with this scheme.

The policy is valid for 1 or 2 years.

Steps to join ILoE:

1. Log in to www.iloe.ae .

2. Click “Subscribe Here”

3. Click “Non-registered in MOHRE”.

4. Add personal data

5. Upload copies of EID, Resident Visa.

6. Make the payment.
