Beware of scammers!

Please beware of SMS and WhatsApp messages that attempt to impersonate UAE companies or government agencies. These messages will ask you to:

- follow the links to obtain information about suspicious payments,

- or information updates,

- or request to call back to a mobile number (NOT a landline)

If you receive such a message, please take a screenshot and send it to fc@du.ae with the subject "Smishing".

Please note that any government agency calls from a landline number starting with 04 (instead of 05).

Even when calling from a mobile phone, the name of the government organization will be displayed.

Will never send anything to WhatsApp.
